Tereza Jandáčková is a business lawyer dealing mainly with commercial contracts and general corporate matters, labor law, regulatory matters, and cross border issues. She also focuses on media and copyright law and counts a leading Czech publisher among her key clients. Tereza graduated from Charles University Law School in Prague and also studied for one year at the University of Antwerp, Belgium, where she completed the International and European Legal Studies Program. After qualifying as a Czech advocate, Tereza decided to leverage her training from two major international law firms by co-founding NOVALIA, a modern business law practice.
