Tomáš is Junior Associate, but not a novice to the legal profession. He started as paralegal with Novalia already in 2016. His areas of focus include M&A, start-up financing, and IT law. He puts his theoretical knowledge to action at Novalia by assisting us with acquisitions, corporate matters and drafting of commercial contracts.
Tomáš expanded his international experience by completing a semester of legal studies at the Tel Aviv University, Israel.
