As a US lawyer working long-term in Prague, Bill is a unique connection for international companies, investors and lenders for their local financing projects, potential purchases and expansion in Central Europe. Likewise, Bill helps local startups grow with venture capital and intellectual property protection and facilitates their eventual exit with publicly traded US companies. He advises a wide range of new technology companies that develop artificial intelligence, virtual reality hardware and software, internet technologies, and software products and services. Bill also responds to the commercial needs of the English speaking expat communities.
