Kamil Staněk focuses mainly on corporate law, M&A transactions and due diligence. He also advises on finance and banking law, regulatory issues (including agricultural law) and property matters.

After graduating from Masaryk University in Brno and studying at the Greifswald University (Germany), Kamil received his postgraduate education in German law at the University of Konstanz (Germany), and in financial law at Charles University in Prague.
