Markéta Kučerová Pechová is our litigation and arbitration expert. Her career as lawyer in both international firms and local litigation boutiques equipped Markéta with a unique mix of experience for supporting clients in all types of legal proceedings before state courts, arbiters and governmental agencies.

Markéta represents not only large corporations but also SMEs and individuals. Her specialization includes commercial, civil, labor and administrative disputes and proceedings. Besides dispute resolution, Markéta also has a wealth of experience in negotiating contracts and providing corporate advice to SMEs.

Markéta graduated from the Charles University Law School in Prague, Czech Republic and also earned a law degree from the Freie Universität in Berlin, Germany.
