Vladislava (“Vlaďka”) Nejedlá is an attorney with years of business law experience in leading international firms. Vlaďka is a co-founder of NOVALIA, which aims to provide legal advice in a more flexible manner than is found at traditional law firms.

For years Vlaďka has specialized in pharmaceutical law, including an extended period as a seconded internal lawyer at a leading global pharmaceutical company. Thanks to this “fieldwork”, Vlaďka can provide clients with effective and practical legal advice in areas such as the marketing of pharmaceuticals, relations with healthcare professionals, commercial contracts, and distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Vlaďka also advises on antitrust and other regulatory issues, public procurement and data protection matters.

Vlaďka graduated from Charles University Law School in Prague and has been a member of the Czech Bar since 2010.
